All guests will be treated to a fine dining 5 course experience:
~Slowly cooked roast, encased in puff pastry with brie cheese, finished off with a cinnamon brown gravy drizzle.
~ Cajun 15 bean soup
~Cran-Blueberry duck breast with orange zest over a butternut squash puree and sauteed asparagus.
~Moroccan marinated rack of lamb, sauteeed spincach, & pesto potatoes.
