All guests will be treated to a fine dining 5 course experience:

 

2 Appetizers:

~Slowly cooked roast, encased in puff pastry with brie cheese, finished off with a cinnamon brown gravy drizzle. 

~ Cajun 15 bean soup

 

2 Entrees:

~Cran-Blueberry duck breast with orange zest  over a butternut squash puree and sauteed asparagus. 

~Moroccan marinated rack of lamb, sauteeed spincach, & pesto potatoes. 

 

Dessert:

Bread Pudding & Bourbon Sauce| Banana Foster | Homemade ice cream | Mini-Cupcake

Endless supply of cocktials or wine will be provided | Shots will provided all night as well, to accompany all 5 dishes.
