Chef JRob was featured on WTVM 9 News December 23, 2017. Chef JRob enlightened the morning viewers on a festive Christmas Holiday dish that is more so on the healthy side than your typical traditional Christmas Holiday Dinner.

Start off the Holiday gathering with a healthy Ciabatta Fruit Bread (40-60 calories per serving): mixed berry spread, 50/50 spring mix, and assorted fruit After the family is enjoying their appetizers, serve the main dish: Chef Rob's Salmon Tortellini. To wash it all down Sangria shots & Sangrias should be served to tie this holiday feast together!
