Now here's a meal that you'll eat for the taste, but love for the nutrition! Laid in a bed of fresh pineapple, Chef JRob paired a chickpea curry with cilantro rice. The chickpeas were seasoned with assorted curry seasonings, coconut milk, celery, and onions making it the perfect mate to the rice adorned with antioxidant-rich cilantro. For the main course, Chef JRob served a caramelized rack of lamb alongside assorted bell peppers, stuffed with his signature Mac Attack.
