The Chef JRob Experience, LLC had the pleasure of catering The Sage Social: Lunch in Havana hosted by The GX Blog. Chef JRob brought the Cuban experience to life not only with phenomenal dishes, but a presentation that left everyone blown away!
For hors d'oeuvres, Chef JRob served Banana Bite Backs, featuring a spread of sweet, brown sugar cream cheese topped with jalapeno pico de gallo. The main course included Chef JRob's Citrus Chicken Rice Bowls, and guests had the option of choosing to layer their bowls with fresh mangoes and black beans. Chef JRob also served a slow-cooked pulled roast atop a bed of lime rice, black beans, fresh mozzarella cheese and assorted sweet bell peppers. The favorite dish of the evening was by far Chef JRob's Rum-Glazed Shrimp Skewers.
Chef JRob creates signature food presentations to add a special touch to his clients' events and for The Sage Social he utilized his innovative creativity skills to make the host's dreams come true. His do-it-yourself Pineapple Palm Tree was the perfect masterpiece for the assortment of fresh fruit on display!
