Cinco De Mayo is celebrated by people all over the world in honor of the Mexican Army's defeat over the French Army back in 1862. Celebrations include family and friends, drinks, and of course food! For this family's festive celebration, Chef JRob curated a setup worthy of a fiesta!
Dishes included oven-roasted, Mexican street corn with a sour cream, cotija cheese and butter spread and shredded chicken and cilantro rice. Chef JRob set up a build-your-own taco station complete with corn and flour tortillas, ground turkey and ground beef. For hors d'oeuvres Chef JRob served zesty salsa and chips.
