Did you see the setup Chef JRob pulled out for Sonya? Wow! This is how you celebrate turning 50! Sonya was speechless when Chef JRob unveiled the hand-built display to accommodate the heavy hors d'oeuvres menu which featured:

 

Lobster Beignets

Lemon Zested Catfish served with Golden Potatoes

Coconut Curry Chicken Thighs laid over a bed of Cajun Yellow Rice

Cubed New York Strip Steak Skewers Crafted with Asparagus

Homemade Mashed Potato Puree

Cajun Pulled Pork Sliders 

New York Strip Crostini with homemade Romesco Sauce 

Jerked Shrimp Skewers

The preparation for this event began weeks in advance when Chef JRob constructed both the display and the custom birthday bash menu, so it was easy for the Chef JRob Experience, LLC team to make sure the lady of the hour and her guests received exemplary service the entire night!
